Frequently asked questions
What clients ask us most about this service.
Can my company issue bonds in Colombia?
Yes, if it has stable cash flows and can meet the requirements: a credit rating, an information prospectus, registration with the RNVE before the Financial Superintendence and a bondholders’ legal representative. There is also the "segundo mercado", aimed at professional investors, with lighter requirements.
What is a securitization?
It turns assets or future cash flows (receivables, contracts, rents) into securities sold to investors. The company receives today the money from those flows.
What is a green bond?
A bond whose proceeds go to projects with an environmental benefit, under a framework that defines the use of funds and how the impact is reported.
